Pioneering hydraulic products have been manufactured in Erlangen since the end of the 1940s: Initially only for industrial applications, rerailing technology was added in 1955 and in 1972 LUKAS developed the first hydraulic cutter for rescue operations. This laid the foundation for an entire industry.
LUKAS sets new innovative trends with precision and passion and still manufactures the hydraulic products in its own production “Made in Germany”. All LUKAS products are effective, intelligent and powerful, saving precious time to save lives.
